My most notable contribution at Tinder was leading the design of User Moderation Tools within the Trust & Safety team. Previously developed without a dedicated product design support and primarily driven by engineering.

Taking ownership as the sole designer, I introduced design strategy, systems thinking, and user-centered improvements that enhanced both usability and efficiency. The success and impact of these initiatives led me to also take ownership of Experimental and Quantitative Data Analytics tools in 2025, broadening design’s influence across internal platforms.

As the sole product designer for Tinder’s internal platforms, I:

• Led design improvements and end-to-end experiences that standardized the tool, protected platform integrity, and reduced workflow friction.

• Strategized and implemented roadmap initiatives to strengthen tooling scalability and system efficiency.

• Conducted user research and usability testing to uncover insights to iterate improvements in design based on real moderator feedback.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams and aligned with Design Systems to translate complex workflows into scalable and intuitive internal experiences.
